120-Day Warranty

If you haven't already ordered a 120-Day Warranty; Good news, it may not be too late.  You have until the Sunday following the day of your inspection to order one. The fee is $18 and the warranty covers the HVAC system (both the air handler and condensing unit), Electrical (wiring, outlets, switches, and main panel), Plumbing (water heater, pipe leaks), and Appliances (dishwasher, range, refrigerator, washer, dryer, microwave).  (Brochure and info can be found here).  The warranty can also be extended once the 120-day time period expires.
