Pay At Closing
We now offer a new payment option for our home-buying clients called FlexFund. With FlexFund, you can pay for your inspection services at closing instead of upfront. There is a $75 fee for using this service.
To qualify for pay-at-closing, your total order must be at least $700. If your order is below this amount, you may want to add an extra service, like mold, lead, or radon testing, to reach the minimum.
